Background Information

Grown in the Eastern Highlands by over 3000 farmers who are certified Fair Trade through the Highland Organic Agricultural Cooperative. The majority of the farmers grow their varietals in small gardens within their tribal villages. The plants produce less fruited cherries but possess a much higher sugar content than younger crops, which ultimately means a much sweeter and defined cup of coffee.
