2. Returns & Cancellations

Our aim is for all of our customers to be 100% happy with all purchases. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with our products, please get in touch as soon as possible by email, phone or our website.
All customers have the right to cancel their orders under The Distance Selling Regulations which gives consumers extra protection when buying online. The specific legislation that applies here is regulation 8 of The Distance Selling Regulations.

You have the right to cancel the purchase of a product without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
If you are in possession of the goods, you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost, (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective), as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or where you return them at our expense.
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Once returns have been processed we will provide a refund for the item or provide a replacement.
Refund timescales may vary so please be patient if a refund has been requested.
If you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation, where goods have been returned to us subject to the above terms.

3. Terms of Sale

Dispatch Time

Our aim is to get your order to you as quickly as is possible. Our coffee products are fulfilled directly by ourselves, and are roasted by hand to order. Coffee equipment items will occasionally be sourced from our partners; for this reason, we ask that the dispatch date be a maximum of three working days after your order. We will always aim to dispatch your order the next working day.
Very occasionally there may be a slight delay, in an instance where we or our suppliers have a high volume of orders for one of our products, or there are courier issues or postal strikes. If this is the case we will contact you immediately to let you know of the issue and come to a suitable resolution at the earliest possible time.
